Cozy vacation home in Cala Vadella, just a few minutes' drive from Cala Vadella beach and close to other beaches such as Cala Molí and Cala Tarida. The simple and practical house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, surrounded by a large fenced plot with a swimming pool and sea views from some areas. It has automatic gate access and space to park several vehicles. The pool is 8x4m. Sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor shower are available.
The building faces north, making the house cool and pleasant during the hottest months. On the main floor, there is a large living-dining room and an open kitchen. The living room opens onto a terrace overlooking the pool, where there is an outdoor table and a view of the sea. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and appliances. There are two bedrooms on this floor: the first bedroom has a 1.80m x 2m bed and the second is a large room with two single beds, a TV, and a sofa. These two bedrooms share a bathroom.
On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms, one double with a 1.80 x 2m bed and the other with two single beds. There is also a full bathroom with shower for shared use between the two. On this second floor there is a large terrace, ideal for practicing yoga or enjoying the magnificent views. Only the bedrooms on the upper floor have air conditioning, those downstairs have fans.
Can Jon is an ideal house for one or two families or small groups. The nearest supermarket is just a few meters away on foot. The nearest beach, Cala Vadella, can be reached in 5 minutes by car or by taking a pleasant walk. The path is also very suitable for jogging.
