Guests can enjoy a bright living room with Wi-Fi, and access to a private rooftop terrace ideal for relaxing or enjoying views. Optional extras such as baby equipment and towels are available on request.

Centrally located, the apartment is just a 4-minute walk from the beaches of Las Barcas and La Creu, both surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets. The historic ruins of Empúries are only 1.8 km away, while Montgrí Natural Park is 2 km from the property, offering scenic trails and panoramic viewpoints. Inside, the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and coffee maker, perfect for preparing meals. Two bathrooms with showers provide added convenience, and the apartment includes a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, and ironing facilities. Bed linen is included in the final cleaning fee, while towels and kitchen cloths can be added for a small charge.
