The house is but ordinary certainly not a luxury! What bothered us most was the layout of the kitchen, really disaster. Zes plates for four people you have to run the dishwasher because you have no convenience !!! a ramp.Wel many ants you see them walking everywhere and you leave a baguette in the kitchen after half an hour it is full of ants! The TV is also very small in screen and sometimes does not work. There is a pool but it is not heated and not maintained enough, it was already groen.In the owner's folder it still says that they come twice a week. We were there for a month and they only came once, and then at 6 a.m. morning. It was still dark, I wonder how they can clean a swimming pool!!! You should no longer sleep because of the noise! This house needs a thorough makeover and polishing inside. They can certainly tackle the kitchen thoroughly and replenish!!!!For those who want a holiday with a little comfort and luxury you should definitely not rent this house!!
THIS BOOKING IS CLOSED AS COMPLETED WHICH IS INCORRECT. COULD NOT TRAVEL DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS BOTH IN FLYING OUT OF THE UK AND INTO SPAIN DUE TO LOCK DOWN. TRIED TO CANCEL BEFORE FINAL PAYMENT TAKEN. BUT IGNORED AND TOOK THE PAYMENT EARLY. KEPT BEING INFORMED NO ISSUE AND CAN TRAVEL. IT WAS ILLEGAL TO TRAVEL TO SPAIN FOR A HOLIDAY. MY FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED BY THE AIRLINE. MY CANCELLATION REQUESTS ARE NOT EVEN NOTED ON MY ACCOUNT AND THEY HAD THE STUPIDITY TO ASK ME HOW MY STAY WAS. I WAS NOT TRAVELLING FOR A FUN HOLIDAY BUT TO VISIT MY VERY ILL PARENTS. I NEEDED TO RE-BOOK AND PAY AGAIN TO TRAVEL IN JUNE WHEN MY MOTHER HAD ACTUALLY DIED. VERY UNHAPPY AS HAVING TO SPEND ANOTHER £1200 POUNDS IN ADDITION TO THE ALREADY PAID AND NOT REFUNDED £1480. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THEY PROVIDED CLEARLY STATE THAT IF YOU CAN TRAVEL DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS THAT THEY WOULD ISSUE A CREDIT THAT LASTS FOR 3YEARS. I WOULD REALLY HAVE APPRECIATED IF THEY COULD BE A HONEST COMPANY AND DO JUST THAT. AS I HAVE TO GO AGAIN IN OCT TO SORT OUT MY FATHER'S FINANCES AND HIS ONGOING CARE AS HE IS ON DIALYSIS AND WHEEL CHAIR BOUND WITH ONLY PARTIAL SITE. THIS HAS BEEN A HORRENDOUS TIME MADE WORSE BY AN UNCARING COMPANY.

Beautiful ......... quiet ..... beautiful surroundings .... clean house and pool
In the winter months it is around 15 degrees and it was on arrival. The house was therefore a bit damp on the inside. We could heat, but that was with air conditioners; these things are quite noisy and due to high energy costs we only used the air conditioning in the living room. The house was otherwise excellent with a beautiful swimming pool, but we will not come again in this period. Eric Berkhout
Great house with all facilities available. As extra comfort for the winter months there is underfloor heating. The key holders are also attentive and easily accessible.
