The sun loungers are perfect to soak up before you swim. In the fully fenced garden, an outdoor kitchen and a dining table to enjoy al-fresco dinners are present. Heating and air conditioning are in place. 2 pets can be brought for a small fee. Parking is available.

House situated on a very steep hill, access road partially concrete and narrow. Beautiful views of the countryside, also to be enjoyed from the pool. The pool is large and clean - very pleasant, has white bathing suits but turned yellow. A quiet place good to relax. The broken pane of glass is still behind the house and some things in the house are broken (light bulbs, lamps, sunshades, bed, etc.). Referring to previous reviews, there were no animal surprises apart from lizards. Air conditioning showing its age, turns off regularly and is only in the living room! - enough if you sleep with the door open. Air conditioning on the first floor is newer, but unfortunately only available in the living room - but it is also sufficient. Beautiful stone wall in the garden and garden furniture available. Couches and chairs are available for 6 people. Washing machine - coffee maker - stove worked great - internet mixed. Overall a nice house, even if some things are broken there and the whole house is getting old
The house was lovely and perfectly situated. A lot of wonderful places to visit in the near area. Joanna was our point of contact and is a very nice person, ready to help with any questions. We would highly recommend both Benitachell and this house.
Beautiful house furniture is somewhat dated. There is only Netflix and no TV channels. Very pleasantly received by the caretaker. The house is not to be found if you do not know it, but ultimately easily accessible via a mountain road.

-environment: 2 words “beautiful surroundings!!!” In that respect, highly recommended for someone who wants peace .. -arrival. Hard to find, not the correct address that was mentioned on the papers.. we were lucky that we found the house via Google earth ... if you don't know it, you really think you are driving the wrong way. Upon arrival at the house, call the responsible person!!! -accommodation: beautiful house! It could be a comfortable house, which unfortunately is not due to the many broken things. This both in and out of the house. We have had a good, nice, restful .. holiday in this house!
The house has a lot of broken things, the most important of which is a giant window pane that is lying on the terrace along with the broken clothesline. The garden furniture is also broken and the cushions are super dirty. The bedding is scarce, the house is always closed because there are many rodents in the area. The tp ovens work or are disconnected, as well as the blinds that tp could be raised completely. Super dirty pillows. Just one set of keys. From the first day sending emails without getting a response. The pool and the stunning views. It's a shame that the house has so many problems because it could be wonderful. Very quiet area but at the same time noisy. Dogs that bark continuously at night, there must also be a shooting range nearby and some days at 7 in the morning they are already shooting. The old barbecue area, broken cabinets and poorly maintained. I did not leave early because my children do not see the things that I see.
