The living/dining room features a cozy sofa (extendable, sleeps two), a table, armchair, traditional glass-front cabinet, TV, and internet (Wi-Fi). The south-facing balcony offers sunshine and stunning views of the surrounding mountain landscape. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and mirror. The bathroom includes a washbasin, bathtub with shower, and toilet. Guests have access to a games room with ping-pong, billiards, and table football. Skis, snowboards, bikes, and other equipment can be stored in the basement. A heated boot dryer is available in the ski room. A parking space in the underground garage is included (garage entrance height: 2m). A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the basement. A sauna is also available in the building (access via the games room, coin-operated). Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment. The fireplace may not be used. There is no elevator.
