The house is in the village of São João de Lampas, near the Magoito beach (about 2.5km away) and not far from the beautiful beaches to the west, such as Guincho, Adraga, Praia Grande, Praia das Maçãs, Azenhas do Mar, Aguda, Samarra, São Julião and Foz do Lizandro. The centrepiece of the house is the living room with an open fireplace, a comfortable sofa, a TV and a dining area, with an adjoining kitchen equipped with all the basics, as well as a dishwasher. There is another kitchen in the garage. Within 500 metres you can find restaurants, cafés and a minimarket/grocery shop. The short distance to the major tourist and cultural sights of the Lisbon region make this an ideal place for those who would like to explore this part of Portugal in their own time, such Serra de Sintra with the historical and charming village with the Pena Palace and the Moorish castle, symbols of the region itself.
