The villa is close to the beaches of the Spanish coast for a perfect summer holiday. Swimming, snorkeling, diving, and hiking are popular activities here. What to expect from the space
Air-conditioning keeps you cool. From the dining room, you can move out to the terrace and sit in the fresh air. There is an outdoor shower to rinse after a swim. A boules court, children's beds, and high chairs are provided. The views from the villa remains beautiful at any time of the day. Enough parking space for 4-5 cars. There is a charging station for your electric car and a charging station for Tesla.
More for your stay
Buses, trains, and public transport are easy to commute. Beniconnect busses & shuttles and several taxi companies operate in Benissa. There are public waste containers everywhere where you can dispose off the waste as garbage is not collected here. The villa has an automatic entrance door with private parking. Rental price includes two electric bicycles and two sporty mountain bikes.
Check-in timings are 5-8 PM. Check-out timings are 11 AM-12 PM.

It is a beautiful villa with beautiful views and a nice pool. Unfortunately, there are some downsides to formulate. First of all, it says in the description that it has 7 rooms, this is really different than we had planned in advance. One of the bedrooms can only be reached via the single bedroom. This came at the cost of privacy for the person in the single bedroom. In addition, there were many ants in the house, while every day was cleaned and the garbage thrown away. And also the check-in time was not as communicated by Belvilla. We could only enter a part of the house at 5 pm, the ground floor still had to be cleaned. Finally, there was no water for a day. Belvilla could not do or change this, but communication about this was difficult with both the contact person and Belvilla. It took some time before it became clear what was going on. We had a nice holiday, but I would not book this house again.
We really enjoyed our stay in Bernisse, a nice big house where we could enjoy ourselves with 14 people, just a pity that the pool was not heated it was really too cold to be able to go in it, too bad for kids
This house is run down and feels more like something for a group of students. It's not worth the money.
