Casa Farfalla

Inside

The Farfalla holiday home is located in the tourist resort of Vira-Gambarogno. The location is ingenious: the village has its own railway station, post office, bank, several shopping facilities, sports facilities and various restaurants, as well as a touch of "Italianità" on the Lido. The breathtaking view over Lake Maggiore, the Maggia delta, the Verzasca valley, Locarno and the surrounding mountains enchants you every day. The terrace is beautifully laid out and invites you to sunbathe. Romantic evenings round off the holiday pleasure. The house has two bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, a bathroom and a modern kitchen. There is a car park on the lakeside road. From here it is about 150 metres to Casa Farfalla. Vira is easy to reach by post bus, train or boat (own boat facility), as are the famous Swiss holiday resorts of Locarno and Ascona. Those looking for more peace and quiet can spend their days hiking, in the botanical gardens or in the Bolle di Magadino, a floodplain landscape of European importance.
