Lavish Villa with Private Swimming Pool
Description
Modern, detached villa with private pool. You reach the pool via one of the two enclosed terraces. You look out over the hilly surroundings, Albufeira and the sea. To make it all complete, there is also a lovely lawn garden where the children can romp around.
Albufeira is just 3 km away. It is a cosy seaside resort with many shops, restaurants, terraces and bars. The old part has buildings from times gone by in narrow streets and on nice squares. The city beach is already 3.5 km away, but you have the beaches to choose from. Along the beautiful coast are many hidden bays. Nice to take a day trip by car and visit several of them. The idyllic bays Praia de São Rafael and Coelha for example (both 5 km). Of course, you can also just pick one and stay there all day.
To really get to know this part of the Algarve, be sure to leave the coast too. A beautiful drive brings you to the picturesque villages of Paderne (20 km) and Alte (30 km). Both villages are set against a hill and time seems to have stood still here.

Villa was nice and big and in a beautiful location Villa does have some overdue maintenance Not everything was clean Plus point, if any problems arise, they will be resolved in no time
Hello, we are currently renting Villa Lambertus. We noticed the following defects in the house: - Kitchen: faucet sprays in all directions and water runs onto the worktop. - The two silver refrigerators sound the alarm very often and beep (even at night) and do not cool properly. - The drawers and cupboards have not been cleaned and are dirty. - There are not enough plates, cups and glasses (for 8 people). - The locks on the doors of both bathrooms upstairs and downstairs are broken and cannot be closed. Oden: Door handle comes off. - Downstairs bedroom right ceiling light broken. - And all the rooms are not clean in the corners!!! - Living room ceiling light broken. - Pool: Mosaic stones are coming loose and are therefore sharp-edged. There is no net for cleaning. - Grill drip tray is rusted through and therefore does not keep the embers in the grill. We would be pleased to receive feedback on this. Kind regards, Mike
- Faucet was leaking enormously in the kitchen (was partially fixed by Gabi Miguel). - There was a hornet"s nest in the sliding doors from the kitchen to the garden. - The car gate was broken so our rental car had to stay on the streets (we booked the villa also for the bigger safety of not getting our car stolen). - The shower downstairs was clogged (was fixed by Gabi Miguel). - There are 2 freezers which are not working at all. - There are 2 fridges but only 1 is working, but is way too small to fit food and drinks for 8 people (amount that is advertised that can stay in this villa). - The wires of the house are too old to sustain the power request from the appliances. - Because of the electrical problems we could not use the microwave, oven and 4 of the 5 stove pits. - There was no BBQ, which was advertised with, apparently it"s already gone for a while, info from Gabi Miguel (one of the main reasons we rented this villa was because there was a BBQ, big bummer ). - The beds and towels should have been switched during our stay, but this was not the case. - The maintenance crew for the pool and garden came in unannounced, would"ve been great to have gotten a heads up. - The total cleanliness level of the Villa at the entry of our stay was quite bad, dust and dirt on the grounds in the bedrooms. - A lot of light points were not finished, the terminal blocks were hanging from the cables from the ceiling. In total we would not recommend this Villa at all! not at all as advertised.
