The house features a beautiful fenced garden with a 32 m² swimming pool, sun loungers, a covered terrace with a dining table, barbecue facilities and two private parking spaces. Casa Lampadina accommodates 4 to 6 guests and offers 100 m² of living space spread over two fully air-conditioned floors. The ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and fireplace, as well as a living room with a sofa bed and direct access to the garden and pool area. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a high ceiling, an open gallery with an additional double bed and a skylight (the gallery has a maximum height of 1.5 m) and a bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor, with a separate entrance, there is a second bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This lovingly restored traditional Istrian holiday home is ideal for families with children. Pets are welcome. Groups of young people are not permitted.
