The villa lies in a quiet area on the Balearic Islands, enjoying a splendid view of the valley and the sea. You can head to the sea at 1 km if you wish to watch lovely sunsets. The beautiful sandy beaches of Cala Tarida and Cala Conta, with their attractive pavement cafes and restaurants, are easy to reach. Restaurants and supermarkets are also at 1 km.
In front, you have a private covered terrace with a dining table and brick-built barbecue to enjoy summer evenings. The swimming pool and the sunbathing terrace invite you to soak up the sun and take a cool dip anytime you want. Children can romp and play in the private garden while you sit in the corner reading or relaxing. A cot and a high chair can be rented.

Super nice location, only the house can use maintenance. The mattresses are very hard:( the kitchen utensils may also be renewed once. The shower bg drains very badly and you have to stop the water with towels. The bbq is very dirty and burnt. All in all expected for this price you more!!!
Photos are really as it is. Third bathroom not really usable as a full bathroom, shower and toilet too close together. Some extra large towels would be nice. Both in the bathroom and at the pool. Now we have washed them halfway through the week. limited by the trees. Enough cooking utensils, very small oven. Otherwise everything fantastic! Host Karin is Dutch and is super sympathetic 🦔
We had a great time in Ibiza. What I really appreciate about Villa Loma is the peace and quiet and that you can find a place in the sun as well as in the shade at any time of the day. I think the house is getting a bit old now and some things should be redone, windows and doors for example.

Everything arranged well, we were very well received by Karin, a super friendly lady, who you could reach at any time. Very nice house, nice interior, plenty of space inside and outside, absolutely no lack. Location was excellent! If I had to mention something of criticism: inside the house could be freshened up, especially the kitchen. Lick of paint, sand kitchen cabinets and oil / varnish again ... In short, it was a great holiday! To be repeated.
The arrival was well arranged with Karin, good reception and then she drove us to the holiday address. The house is great, very relaxing, nicely decorated and a beautiful view.
