The closest restaurant S ´Espartar is just 3 minutes walk from the house, one of the most traditional mediterranean restaurants within the municipality of San José.
The house has capacity for 6 people, it has 3 double rooms; A room with a double bed of 1.35m, a room with 2 single beds of 1.10m and a third room with 90cm beds, has two large full bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub and an outside toilet near the barbecue area.
From the livingroom you can access the porch to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner and the pool and barbecue area.
The outdoor area has a swimming pool, terraces, barbecue, an outdoor toilet and laundry.
