This spacious villa, all on one floor, is quietly located in the municipality of Arenas. The villa is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults and 2 small children. It has 3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and the villa has a beautiful private swimming pool. It is located high on a mountain with beautiful views to the Mediterranean Sea.
For a refreshing dip, jump into the large private swimming pool. To top it all, the beach of Torre del Mar is only a 20 min drive from here. The home is equipped with numerous board games and WiFi.
Arenas are also the ideal starting point on the way to both relaxation and culture. Cities such as Malaga (endless terraces, beautiful dike and beach), Granada (Old town, Alhambra), Seville and Cordoba (Mezquita is an absolute must) can be visited with a day trip. Sports and games on the beach of Torre del Mar or in the aqua paradise 7 km away. The picturesque Nerja and Frigiliana are only half an hour away! The last 700 m to Casa Martijo is a steep tarmac road up to the house.
This home is safe for small kids as it is fenced and without any stairs. In the garden house beach equipment.

Beautiful house, in a beautiful location with beautiful views of the sea and mountains.Mooi swimming pool.
We had a very nice holiday in this holiday home last March. The view was great from the terrace and the house is a great base. We liked the villa and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. to the villa. The last part to the villa is indeed over a steep road but is fine to do. It takes some getting used to the first time but in the end no problem, it is recommended not to rent the smallest model car. It was in during our stay unfortunately too cold to make extensive use of the pool, but we will definitely come back again
To enjoy the beautiful view you have to drive up a steep mountain. The first time Maria drives ahead. Then it went quickly. No problem for us. We enjoyed the house and the environment immensely. In Arenas and in Torre del Mar we could eat cheaply every day. But the kitchen in the house is also more than well equipped for cooking. A nice lounge set on the terrace, a gas barbecue, a fireplace ... Everything was there to call our romantic holiday a success. We will definitely come back to enjoy the summer temperatures and are happy to pass this address on to friends!
This nice house is beautifully situated with a fantastic view. We enjoyed the peace here. And yet there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The house is very practically furnished. Thus, each room has its own bathroom. The house is not super modern, but everything a couple or a family needs is there. Plus you live outside! Good internet connection and TV Vlaanderen are nice in the winter months if you have to be inside anyway. The house was clean and the mattresses good. Price quality, this house certainly deserves a 10/10 for us.'
The view from the house was very nice, it is quiet but also isolated. The driveway to the house was very adventurous ... the inside of the house was not very well maintained and the beds were unreasonable, thanks to the mattresses from the children's bunk bed that we put on the beds, we were able to sleep comfortably. The pool was ok, but also getting on in years, there were plastic beds without cushions .. In the outside area there are several large tables where you could have breakfast and eat comfortably ... It is advisable to take mosquito repellant with you as there were a lot of mosquitoes ...
