The partially covered patio is furnished with outdoor furniture and a barbecue and is accessible from the lower house. The property has a garden with almond trees, a pomegranate tree and avocados (please do help yourself!). The property consists of two small, cosy, typical Canary houses, only a few meters apart. In the upper house are the two both furnished with a double bed (two mattresses 0.90 m x 2.00 m), the spacious and modern bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, a sink, a washing machine and a toilet. One of the bedrooms has a typical Canary wooden roof. The other building, the lower house, houses the large living room with open plan kitchen, furnished with a large dining table, a sofa, a satellite television and a stereo. A circular arch and a service hatch partially separate the kitchen from the living room. The kitchen is furnished with a gas stove, a dishwasher, a toaster, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a coffee maker. This house also has a wooden roof, giving it a cosy atmosphere. The house also offers wireless internet access. The closest shopping facilities are about 2 kilometres from the house. It is about 5 km to the beach and the ocean and one kilometre to public transport. When renting this property, you have private use of both houses, the courtyard in between the houses and the huge garden.
