The beautiful ground-floor house has a plot area of 148 m2 and a living area of 65 m2. It offers great facilities and everything you need to enjoy your stay to the fullest.The charming house is distributed over a bright and open living room with a view and access to the terrace, a piano, and a large couch. In the same room are the dining room and bright kitchen, which are equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, and all the kitchen utensils you need for your vacation. There are a total of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large bedroom is equipped with a double bed and has direct access to the bathroom with a shower. The small bathroom has a single bed with a pull-out function, so the bed can also be converted into a double bed. The second bathroom is located outside. Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival.
