This beautiful, modern studio is located in a modern four-storey apartment complex directly on the beach of Marina di Castagneto Carducci.
You can reach this tastefully furnished studio via an elevator. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with all amenities. From the balcony, where you can have a wonderful breakfast in the morning, you have a wonderful view of the beach and the sea. Enjoy the setting sun here in the evening and stay outside until the early hours of the morning.
For a day of sun, sea and sand, all you have to do is take the elevator down! This studio is not only a perfect base for a beach holiday, but also for exploring the wonderful area. Shops and cozy restaurants can be found 200 meters from the studio in Marina Castagneto Carducci and in Doratico, 2 kilometers away. The Tuscan cities of Pisa, Lucca, Piombino, Livorno and Grosseto are also easily accessible and certainly worth a visit. Or spend a day in the owner's botanical garden, set in the dunes right by the beach and open exclusively to guests.

The best part of our stay was definitely the sunset views from the balcony, The atmosphere was so relaxing, and the studio was a perfect size for two, We also loved exploring the nearby botanical garden!

Het appartement was erg charmant en bood een geweldige uitvalsbasis om Le Grau-du-Roi te verkennen. De vriendelijke sfeer en tuin zorgden ervoor dat het huiselijk aanvoelde. We hebben genoten van het bezoeken van de lokale markt en het eten in de buurt. Zou graag terugkeren!
Het appartement was schoon en had een mooie indeling, maar de inrichting zou wel wat opgeknapt kunnen worden. De locatie maakte dit echter goed, met prachtige stranden op loopafstand.
We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad met het verkennen van de nabijgelegen natuurpaden. Het huis was een comfortabele uitvalsbasis voor onze avonturen en we hebben vooral genoten van de rustige avonden in de tuin.
