This beautiful, secluded holiday home with shared swimming pool is located in a hilly area near Sassetta, at an altitude of 500 metres.
The holiday home is tastefully furnished and has every comfort. In the large, cosy living room, a fireplace provides pleasant warmth for the cooler days. A stone staircase leads you to the upper floor, which gives access to the two terraces. From these terraces, you have a lovely view of the surrounding Pian delle Vigne valley. In summer, you can enjoy the sun on one of the sun loungers by the pool, which you share with the guests of the apartments next to the holiday home. In the evening, you can organise a cosy barbecue on your own terrace at the other end of the house.
Shops and a restaurant can be found in Sassetta (1 km). For a day of sun, sea and beach, head to Marina Castagneto Carducci, 12 kilometres away. There is also a unique botanical garden here, which belongs to the owner. This garden is open only to guests and is worth a visit. Beautiful cities like Pisa, Lucca, Piombino, Livorno and Grosseto are also worth a visit.

Sassetta 2 Castagno est idéal pour les familles, Nous avions beaucoup de place pour tout le monde, et les enfants adoraient jouer dans le jardin, Les plages à proximité étaient belles et pas trop bondées,
Vues fantastiques et un cadre superbe ! La maison era ben attrezzée et très confortable, Nous avons apprécié nos soirées près de la piscine et avons apprécié la sérénité de l'emplacement, Une grande échappée loin de l'agitation,
Das Ferienhaus hatte einen rustikalen Charme, den wir liebten, Es war geräumig und komfortabel, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die wir benötigten, Die kurze Fahrt zum Strand machte uns nichts – es war die friedliche Umgebung wert,
Over het algemeen een fijne plek om te ontspannen en tot rust te komen. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras was prachtig en het huis was goed uitgerust voor onze behoeften. Ik zou het iedereen aanraden die op zoek is naar een rustig uitje.
Al met al een aangenaam verblijf! Het appartement was gezellig en had een mooi terras met een fantastisch uitzicht op de bergen. We vonden het fijn hoe schoon en goed onderhouden alles was. Perfect voor gezinnen zoals het onze. We kunnen niet wachten om terug te komen!
