Description
This cozy and charming apartment is located, along with three others, in a large estate with two completely restored houses. The apartment is air-conditioned, tastefully decorated and finished with distinctive details. The estate, of about 40 hectares, houses a lake, surrounded by woods, large enough for fishing, and an example of architecture of the Roman period. Together with the occupants of the other apartments, you will have access to a large swimming pool with children’s pool area, outdoor shower, playground, small playground and a patio with seating. The outdoor garden adjacent to the pool is divided into private areas each with its own sunbeds and umbrellas.
The apartment is located just 3 kilometers from the village of Foiano della Chiana, where you can do your daily shopping, have a good meal and find the train station. Cortona, about 20 kilometers away, is really worth a visit. This city is situated on top of a hill and is one of the oldest cities in Italy - it is truly amazing. For shopaholics, there are outlet shops in Foiano della Chiana, 9 kilometers from the house.
Lake Trasimeno is 25 km away and is worth a visit. In addition, cities like Arezzo (30 km), Siena (50 km) and Perugia (65 km) are highly recommended for a fun day out.

Nice holiday home, quiet area, wonderful swimming pool. Incredibly friendly and hospitable reception by the owner, receiving homemade delicacies and pizza several times.
At first it was a bit difficult to get in touch, if you don't reach Italian beyond goodbye. Ultimately very kindly helped by the owner's mother, hands and feet used but everything went well. The accommodation met expectations, was nice and quiet with nice views over the hills. Excellent facilities in the vicinity.
Upon our arrival (late at night), we were warmly received. Stunning apartment with everything on the aan.Landelijk located. We were surprised during our stay by the owners on homemade custard (Multiple flavors and for 12 persons) and homemade pizza. A nice hard-working family.
