We had a great time with 12 women. The castle is beautiful and really cool furnished, also the bathrooms. Unfortunately there were no sharp knives and scissors in the kitchen. There was no hot water in one bathroom. Unfortunately, contact was a bit difficult, both on arrival and on departure. Despite the minor adversities mentioned above, we felt very comfortable and would recommend it.
Fantastic building with modern amenities; a swimming pool and a tennis court - a pleasant environment for everyone. The region also has many charming and interesting places to offer!
We have spent a family weekend in Castelfalfi Bodeux, Houte Bodeau 31 Trois Ponts, with 8 adults and 2 small children from Friday evening to Monday morning. ) storage space and dishwashers - good beds - beautiful garden The negatives. - the castle is in dire need of a makeover, peeling paint, loose skirting boards, bare spots, loose floor tiles. - noisy - drains in the bathrooms seem clogged - worn toilets - in April the pool is not yet operational - uneven and slippery floor of the tennis court - remote (abandoned) All in all, we have difficulty with the price / quality ratio!!
A beautiful castle, with lots of space and beautiful surroundings. We were kindly received and were able to check in at 12:00 instead of 18:00.
The booking process was very clear and transparent. Contact with the manager was a bit limited as he only speaks French and we don't speak French at all. But what are translation programs for - we quickly got the problem under control. The house is great: a cozy living room, the dining room big enough for 16 people, the beds comfortable, all rooms big enough, the bathrooms in good condition. The kitchen is well equipped with two refrigerators, two dishwashers and a large cooking block in the middle of the room. Apparently they responded to the criticism of the past few years. A pool and tennis court, the huge well-kept park and the beautiful surroundings make Castel Bodeux the right place for a week with friends and family. We will be back!
Had a nice stay with a very sunny week, so that the facilities outside could be used optimally. Beautiful garden / lawn and swimming pool with enough space for all children. There is also enough space in the castle to accommodate everyone and all necessary items are available.
