Lovely house. Nice and old-fashioned, but with 3 dogs, a great place. Maybe a bit more dust and cobwebs could be cleared away, and the shower needs a good clean. But we are not picky. It is beautifully located. A terrace with a nice view. Kitchen with everything you need. If you are looking for luxury, you should look elsewhere. For us, a fantastic place. You can walk straight into the woods.

Beautiful house in the middle of nature, really something for peace and nature lovers. We were lucky to be there during the deer rutting season. The roaring at night was quite loud 😂 The downside was that in the mornings and evenings the herds did not come to the meadow. The house is well equipped and comfortable. Do keep in mind the heating oil as it is expensive. What needs improvement: The couch is worn out and has holes in the seat, it really can't be used anymore. The WiFi is periodically very poor, probably little can be done about it. Everything else is perfectly fine!

The location was wonderful and in the middle of nature but with all necessary facilities nearby in the nearby villages. Waking up to a beautiful view of the valley with a herd of deer walking past happened twice to us in the early morning. The rooms were equipped with decent beds and the kitchen was well stocked with almost all the equipment you need; do bring your own spices though. The living room was cozy and the hearth a nice addition to the sometimes cold cabin. Communication with the owner was efficient, even though there was a language barrier between us. All in all a wonderful, cozy cabin with excellent value for money!

The kitchen is very well equipped (7 frying pans and numerous pots) and there is a wide range of crockery and cutlery. All in all, highly recommended. De omgeving is prachtig. Je loopt zo het bos in als je het huisje uit loopt. Nadeel is dat je echt een stuk moet rijden als je wat wil ondernemen. Het huis is gedateerd. Meubels zijn versleten en keuken is gedateerd. De matrassen zijn bedekt met een soort plastic waardoor het kraakt en vochtig wordt tijdens slapen. De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Man spreekt klein beetje Nederlands. Het uitzicht is prachtig en het is er heerlijk stil.

A lovely place with lots of privacy. Cows and deer in the backyard so that was nice. The owners are very nice and helpful. We drove around to a lot of everything around to view and nice evening in the house cooking and games or watching television. The Easter weekend spent in this cozy house with 2 families. 4 adults and 4 children 3-6jaar. The house is very complete. What is especially striking is its location. We were treated to great views. The deer and wild boars were seen in our front yard. Unfortunately the weather was not so good, but we enjoyed!

Super holiday, it is worth repeating

We are on 17 February 2012 a week with 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) + dog traveled to the house. A lovely spacious house surrounded by nature. View over the Ardennes because the house on a hill. Behind the house you walk into the woods. The house is a two-under 1 roof. The house stands on a farm, the farmer lives in the house next door but gives a lot of privacy in other words, that will leave you alone but is helpful if there are questions (in broken Dutch). In addition sufficient hiking and much history for the WW2 interested.

other years were receiving more enjoyable because eigenarese piss lay on the bed and her son had arranged (the decorations for Christmas) receiving bvkerstboom was not there!

We have a very nice and quiet vacation gehad.De beds were slightly minder.Het cottage is fully equipped and is very schoon.Zoekt you peace and keeps you from walking in the unspoilt countryside then this is definitely one of the better locations.

We had a lovely week with family and friends. The owner is very friendly. The house is fully equipped. Stair gate at the balcony is not present, but a drying rack works just as well! The area is extremely beautiful and the view like a painting. Overall a must!

We have a nice holiday, lovely spacious house. We have been very well received. and very beautiful landscapes. worth repeating, and a must for anyone who wants to look in between.

Great house in quiet location, amidst varied nature. Besides Residing owner respects privacy and is very personable. We were there during a cold and snowy Christmas thick and heating (central heating / heating oil) did very well. Also large stock of dry wood for woodburner. Good kitchen equipment. A bit shabby in the field of drinking glasses and cutlery. Good mattresses, but creaky beds. Seating is in urgent need of replacement toe.Het house overlooks a very large meadow on Wednesday and during the weekend is leased to a model airplane club. We have stayed in this house from 8/10 October to 6 adults. It is a lovely cottage and the location is perfect! You have a very nice view and almost the whole day the sun on the terrace by the house. You come here to rest and certainly have plenty of privacy. We had no trouble with the planes around. You're so Trois Points and Stavelot where you can enjoy a terrace and here are also some shops including a supermarket and bakery. It was a all a great weekend and this house is very suitable for a good holiday.

The house is great: it is very nice on a hill with a magnificent view. It's a big house, looks clean and everything is there. This combined with the beautiful weather, nature trips and made it a great week for us!

We enjoyed the quiet and beautiful surroundings. Lovely walks directly from hethuis and the omgeving.Leuke places in the area with nice terrasjes.Het house itself is really great and the family that owns it is rented is particularly vriendelijk.Wij had our 2 dogs with us who also have good vermaakt.Voor peace and nature lovers definitely recommended!

Friendly welcome, beautiful surroundings, quiet, except week-end with model airplanes.

We had a good stay in this spacious, beautifully situated house. The hostess was very friendly and easily approachable. The terrace on the side is fine, the garden which is very cramped for articulating children, but who can enjoy themselves in the woods behind the house. There are beautiful walks without a meter having to drive, larger towns are slightly further away, but still easily accessible. In the vicinity are several excursions. One slight problem we found the model airplanes in a nearby meadow is a small airport. The first time it's still fun to watch, but some aircraft make a lot of noise and you did after a few times seen (and heard). The buzzards let themselves but failed to disturb and fortunately this activity is limited to the afternoon hours. The view is very nice and alternates with clouds, light, fog and rain.

It is an ideal house for two couples to stay. Two bathrooms and two toilets. The area is also great. The peace and tranquility are awesome. The house is located in a very beautiful scenery and the view is amazing. There are in the vicinity several nice walks to take, which is very well indicated. We have here really to our liking and had found it a pity that the weather was over. The hostess is very welcoming and helpful.
