Description
This pleasant holiday home is equipped for 4 people and is less than 15 minutes drive from the center of Durbuy.
The ground floor consists of an open kitchen and living room with large windows overlooking the garden and barbecue. The kitchen is well equipped (oven, vitro hob, microwave, dishwasher) and the living area has a flat screen TV and a pellet stove. Two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with shower.

The adjacent house BE-6940-337 of the same owner is suitable for 8 people, this is a great combination house with this chalet for 2 families.

Very impractical layout, no instructions for use of appliances and Jacuzzi, little kitchen utensils. Shared parking posed a problem for us. Take PMD back to the rental office. We still made a nice one, but for that price we expected a little more.
Nice little house in Durbuy. Stove had some problems and needs to be checked. Water in the jacuzzi was smelling after a week, also there is some more (weekly) maintenance needed.
Clean house with enclosed garden with lovely jacuzzi. Nice for people with dog(s). Unfortunately, a lot of noise pollution until well into Friday and Saturday night from a higher bungalow. The surrounding houses with residents were also inconvenienced and complained about it.
Overall a reasonable experience, but we would not come here again. Pellet stove put on standby at 12 o'clock in the evening at a room temperature of 20 °, in the morning around 09:00 this was 12 °. while opening the jacuzzi, it smelled very hard, no longer the same jacuzzi as in the photos! it needs urgent maintenance! the description states energy to be paid separately, this also applies to the pellets (€ 14.5 for a bag of 15 kg). All waste to be taken with you to the container park, which is about a 20-minute drive from the house. places still have cobwebs hanging.
I had been here in the past, but it wasn't like it used to be. The fleece sheets were dirty,with chocolate stains on them. The jacuzzi did not work properly (they quickly remedied this by immediately sending a technician). I also found it annoying (and I didn't expect it) that I had to pay extra for energy consumption. The rent is already high, so I expected this to be factored in, doesn't the rent cover the fixed costs?
The jaccuzi did not work, it was a pity. Garden full of weeds really not clean Only half of the manual was present for the pallet stove.
