Welcome to Chalet Osmose, a 480m² chalet located in a cul-de-sac in La Clusaz.
Ideally designed to accommodate a large group of 15 people, it offers ample space for everyone to relax, find privacy to rest or work, or gather for memorable moments together.
The chalet boasts an ideal location, allowing ski-in/ski-out access via the Var piste located below the chalet.
Parking instructions will be provided upon arrival and must be followed throughout your stay to avoid obstructing access for neighbors.
You will not be disappointed by the high-quality amenities offered by Chalet Osmose, which has been tastefully renovated throughout.

THE MAIN FLOOR is the main floor of the chalet:

In summer, you can enjoy the beautiful days relaxing on the outdoor sofas around the fire pit while grilling on the griddle.
Fatboy beanbag chairs are also available.
Children will be kept entertained with the trampoline, slide, and ping-pong table.

The chalet's south-facing terrace, with its stunning views of the Aravis mountain range, is simply unbeatable. Furnished with a large table and outdoor sofas, you'll find it hard to leave in the afternoon!

Getting to the center of La Clusaz or the Balme ski area is a breeze! A shuttle bus stop is just steps from the chalet.

Note: The jacuzzi is accessible from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM only. In case of significant damage or failure to comply with the rules (which must be signed upon arrival), charges may be deducted from the security deposit.

Some useful details:

A security deposit will be held via a pre-authorization hold on your bank account. A link will be sent by email from our payment provider SWIKLY's server to secure the deposit without affecting your credit limit. No charges will be made until everything is in order at check-out.

The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered guests. Towels (2 per person), tea towels, bath mats, and complimentary toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel, dish soap, a few laundry tablets, a sponge, and toilet paper) are included in the service, as is end-of-stay cleaning.

We can provide a travel cot and a high chair free of charge upon request.
