WINTER: In a residence comprised of large stone and wood chalets, 1 km from the center of Valloire and its shops, 50 m from the Moulin Benjamin chairlift (road to cross) and the ESF ski school meeting point. Ski shops 70 m away. Regular paid shuttle bus to the center or Les Verneys stops in front of the residence.

SUMMER: In a residence comprised of large stone and wood chalets, 1 km from the center of Valloire and its shops, 1.5 km from the leisure center (swimming pool, ice rink, wellness area).

PLEASE NOTE: The residence's shared facilities (swimming pool, sauna, steam room) are open during peak season (subject to change at the beginning and end of the season).

Access to the swimming pool may be closed or restricted by administrative decision. Therefore, any closure will not be eligible for compensation.

Living room (Level 0/ 12m²): 1 sofa bed (140x190cm)

Pets not allowed. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Final cleaning is not included. Ski locker. Balcony (8m²/North-facing) with garden furniture. No parking within the residence. Public parking 200m away. Elevator.

Included services: access to the residence's swimming pool, common lounge with fireplace.
At an additional cost: shared laundry facilities in the basement, sauna and steam room.
