This holiday flat is located in a modern, bright and comfortable newly built house. It is in an elevated position in a small housing complex on the southern edge of Conil de la Frontera. The staircase or the elevator grants access to the garden, only accessible to residents of the small complex. An intercom lets you manage the front door. Parking is available in the underfloor garage. The elevator takes you from the parking garage via the pool area to the apartment. The gate is electronically controlled.
