Located on the marina of Le Légué, between Plérin and Saint-Brieuc, this charming Breton house is an ideal base for discovering the Bay of Saint-Brieuc and all the Côtes d'Armor. The former bakery has been completely renovated and now offers 3-star comfort, with its beautiful living space, modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Particularly pleasant is the vast south-facing patio, with garden furniture, gas grill, etc., which you will appreciate for moments of relaxation after beautiful walks in the area. The port of Le Légué is now "the place to be" in the bay of Saint-Brieuc with numerous cafés, bars and typical restaurants. The sea is only 4 km away and there are a variety of sandy beaches in the immediate vicinity (5-6 km). There are hiking trails within 200 m of the house and you may be tempted by one of the sea trips offered at the harbour (200 m away).
The nearby area offers many attractive excursion destinations. Along the Côte du Goëlo, the seaside resorts of Binic, St.Quay Portrieux and the picturesque port of Paimpol are worth a visit. Towards the Emerald Coast, the charming seaside resort of Pléneuf Val André attracts visitors from all over the region.

Wat een prachtige plek! Het huis was gezellig en had alle voorzieningen die we nodig hadden voor ons verblijf, De op het zuiden gelegen patio was perfect voor onze avondontspanning na een dag verkennen van de nabijgelegen stranden,

Insgesamt eine solide Wahl für einen Familienurlaub, Die Gegend ist ruhig, aber nah genug an Saint-Brieuc zum Einkaufen und Essen, Die Kinder liebten auch den nahegelegenen Zoo!
Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit prachtige huis! Het was ruim genoeg voor ons gezin en de moderne keuken maakte koken een fluitje van een cent. De nabijheid van de haven en lokale restaurants was een groot pluspunt.
