Description
This holiday home was designed as a duplex on the 1st and 2nd floor of a house whose ground floor is likely to host a commercial activity during the day. It is tastefully furnished and offers perfect comfort. From the living space, you have direct access to a beautiful terrace on stilts, entirely protected from view. It overlooks a pretty private garden, facing south. An ideal location for your holidays in Brittany, but also a perfect choice for a extended home-office period in a pleasant setting, just a few minutes from the first beaches. Children are not forgotten, since many games are planned for them, both inside and outside. 3 parking spaces are available on private land.
The town center of Saint-Brieuc, with its medieval quarter, its half-timbered houses around the fortified cathedral and its neoclassical architecture, is definitely worth a look. From the center, you can reach the port of Légué by taking a pretty hiking trail which crosses the green Gouédic valley. An ideal central location between the Côte du Goëlo to the west and the Côte de Penthièvre to the east. The pink granite coast attracts visitors with its impressive rock formations and the Cap Fréhel with its steep cliffs.

Saint-Brieuc is apparently the poorest part of Brittany. This was also visible. The residence is located on a busy road, next to a shopping center and in the middle of a large "social" district. This was really not the holiday home we had in mind for us. The owners are super friendly and help as much as possible. The beds were only 1.4 m wide and 1.95 long, which was not comfortable for us to sleep. The owners would renew these... I hope so for the next one. Everything else was there. The enclosed garden was very interesting for our dog.
This holiday home was just what we needed, Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for cooking, Having two kitchens was a major plus for our large group, The location was peaceful, but close enough to restaurants and sights like Kullen lighthouse,
