A sunny, modern 4 1/2 room apartment, 110 m² on the third floor of a house with a fantastic view over the valley and Chamues. The house is 330 m from the La-Punt Chamues train station, cross-country skiing trails, the Müsella ski lift can be reached in approx. 10 walking minutes, the next restaurant in approx. 2 minutes. The apartment can be reached by elevator from the underground car park and the house has also a laundry room (washing machine and dryer), a ski room, and a bike room. Two parking places are in the rental price included. The living room is modern and comfortably furnished with a flat screen TV. The adjoining dining room has an oval table with 6 chairs. In the entrance, there is a cloakroom and a large mirror. The master room has a double bed (180x200), its own bathroom with a bathtub and shower, toilet, and a dressing room. The second room also has a double bed (180x200) and a built-in wardrobe. It shares a bathroom with a shower and toilet with the third room, which is furnished with a bunk bed and two smaller built-in wardrobes. The expanse of the inspiring high-lying valley can be experienced in a particularly striking way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. The winter hiking paths and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes are characterised by their light, sunshine and space amidst inspiring Alpine scenery. Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths.
