FEX VALLEY PARADISE CAN NOT BE DESCRIBED – ONLY ENJOYED! A bright and cozy apartment located in Crasta in the beautiful Fex valley near Sils im Engadin. The flat is on the ground floor, has got a private entrance as well as a nice patio. You may enjoy a clear view on the Engadine landscape, its mountains and Fex-Platta. The apartement has got a total area of 34 m2 and is intended for two people. For your well-being the flat features the following amenities : contemporary furniture, modern sanitary facility, kitchen, a bedroom and living room, telephone, satellite TV, radio with CD player, free Wi-Fi and a washing machine. Included in the rent: bed linen, bath and kitchen linen, garbage bags, lighting, heating, electricity, water, TV, radio with CD player, Wi-Fi, free use of washing machine. Not included: Cleaning costs and tourist tax, are to be paid on site. Pets are not allowed. It is a non-smoking apartment. The Fex Valley is car-free. Therefore you will be picked up on your arrival day at the car park in Sils-Maria where you will be taken again on your departure day. You can park your vehicle in the underground pay car park in Sils-Maria during your stay. Short stays are possible on request. Whether on the 580km (360 miles) of hiking paths strewn over all the mountains or by mountain bike along 400km (250 miles) of fabulous trails: the Upper Engadin offers a superb network of paths and trails amidst an unspoilt Alpine landscape and the inspiring lake plateau. Four flow trails on the Corviglia guarantee a perfect flow. Equally popular among sports enthusiasts are the Upper Engadin lakes; kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddling – the possibilities are virtually endless. The expanse of the inspiring high-lying valley can be experienced in a particularly striking way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And besides the wide range of sporting options, visitors can take advantage of the first-class cultural activities on offer, such as a visit to a museum or to one of the numerous art galleries in the various villages.   In winter, the ski areas of Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and family friendly Zuoz invite ski and snowboard enthusiasts to revel in 350 kilometres (218 miles) of the finest powder snow. Cross-country skiers will find over 220km (137 miles) of perfectly groomed trails in the Upper Engadin and the side valleys. The winter hiking paths and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes are characterised by their light, sunshine and space amidst inspiring Alpine scenery. Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths. Visitors who prefer to have everything in view, meanwhile, will delight in the breathtaking vistas on the panorama hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.   Families can bask in the Engadin sun during a ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the Val Roseg or Val Fex, or race down the mountainside into the valley on the winding, 4.2km (2.6 mile) long toboggan run on Muottas Muragl.    Welcome to the Engadin. However, Sils is also the perfect departure point for winter hikes and cross-country ski tours through the wide expanse of the frozen lakes, which trustingly huddle around the Furtschellas. From the Furtschellas, you can get higher still in no time at all – on the Corvatsch, home to the highest summit station in the Eastern Alps (3303m/10,836ft). And from here, 120 kilometres (75 miles) of challenging pistes lead back down into the valley.
