Good reception. Not a really beautiful area!
She was not there on arrival but that does not matter much but did not really trouble to speak English .... The house was very small and very outdated. And it did not smell like it had just been polished. The pool was also freezing and that with a temperature of 30 degrees outside. With our 9 month old baby so no fun experience. Around pool was never turned lay full of twigs and the like. For us so no fun experience and no return.
Pleasant reception everything was ready well in advance and gave the feeling of being welcome. Own baked cake and jam gave extra pleasant feeling to this small but cozy apartment.
Nice place to explore southern Tuscany. Spacious grounds with two houses to relax and swim. Very welcoming Alida.
The location is fairly quiet in the farm to a sometimes noisy road between acquaviva and Pozzuolo. This house measuring approximately 38 m2 and consists of a living \/ dining room and a large bedroom with a double bed and an extra bedbank.flatscreen TV with Internet access in the bedroom. WiFi verbinding.Prachtige garden with a large lawn and a swimming pool with sun beds and parasols.De owner made free dinner.
We were received very warmly, with cake and wine.The pool, garden, location paradijs.Een a good restaurant within walking distance where you can eat and very friendly people.Also the towns of Siena, Montepulciano are places that must be seen .overall we thoroughly enjoyed it!
