Spend a vacation in the heart of High Fens nature reserve at this 4-bedroom holiday home in Ovifat. The holiday home is perfect for a families of 9 members or 2 smaller families. There is an infrared sauna to unwind after a hectic day and a barbecue to enjoy evenings.
Have fun on the slopes of the skiing area of Ovifat at 500 m and go for walks in the forest. There are many water sports activities to try from the lake of Robertville at 4 km. Bütgenbach, Malmedy, and Spa are also nearby to visit. Try some delicious local cuisine from restaurants at 500 m. Supermarket is at 2 km.
There is a bright living room with wood stove and a central heating facility. You can enjoy the beautiful views from the south-facing terrace. Kids can have fun in the furnished garden with play equipment. A cot and a high chair for little guests are offered on request. Parking, bicycles, and space for 3 pets at 5/Pet/Night are available.
Check-in between 5 6 PM and check-out between 9 10 AM.

The house has a fantastic location, the view is great. It is nice that the garden is fenced off so that the dog can roam freely. This is also an ideal place with small children. The beds are fine, there is enough sanitary facilities for a large group and everything is available in the kitchen. Friendly welcome. Plenty to do in the area.
A very nice and spacious house with good facilities and a fantastic view of nature. The accommodation is very well maintained and you will be perfectly instructed in the accommodation by the landlord or a lady who speaks German very well. Thanks to the generous possibilities for leisure activities in the area, as well as in the garden/cellar (table tennis, table football), it doesn't get boring even in bad weather. Only the mattresses could be harder for tall/heavy people.
We stayed here for a weekend with 7 adults and 2 children. The house is located in a dead end street, behind the house is the ski slope of Ovifat, so very quiet, but also difficult to find with GPS. Ideally located for beautiful walks We had a weekend with lots of sun, we did not use the playroom and sauna due to lack of time. The garden is fenced and safe for kids and dogs. Everything is present in the house, the furniture is antique, beautiful, but that's why sometimes a bit clumsy, the seats of the salon need to be replaced. Added value is certainly the pleasant welcome of the homeowner, he gave a lot of explanation. Beautiful view from the house. In short, a must!
Beautiful villa, everything is there and you could use absolutely everything that was present. Coffee, tea, barbecue coal, etc.Beautiful view, quiet area (outside ski season). Large garden, the dog could run around freely. Very nice owner. Had a wonderful weekend.
Holiday home is in a quiet location. Modern house with lots of comfort. Small improvements are needed here and there due to use.
We thought it was a wonderfully comfortable house. Big enough for 8 people and in a wonderfully quiet place with fantastic views. Beautiful enclosed garden so the children could play outside. Nice clean area, ideal for walking or cycling. Friendly welcome by the owner.
