This luxury 14-bedroom holiday home is in Ovifat near ski area. It is ideal for families or groups and can accommodate 36 guests. This home has a sauna for you to enjoy and relax after a tiring day.
The home is only 100 m away from the forest. Skiers can take the ski lift available just 100 m away. The local grocery stores are 500 m away from the home. The town centre is 1 km away if you would like to explore the little town. Try out local delicacies in the nearest restaurant only 1 km from the home.
Central heating is in place to keep you comfortable inside. A high chair and childrens beds are provided to the little guests on request. A table football, billiards, and boules court are provided for recreational purposes. Parking is also available on the premises for your convenience. A terrace offers a perfect place to have your barbecue nights. You can bring 2 pets to the home for a nominal charge.
You can check-in from 4-6 PM and you can check-out from 9-10 AM.

The holiday home was fine for our group. But a major annoyance is the poor contact with belvilla. Booking and receiving automated emails afterwards goes smoothly. But after the Booking it was impossible to change data or get in touch with Belvilla. Fortunately we had a good stay.
Environment very well, we have known them for a long time Arrival everything was fine, later there appeared to be 2 small defects in the house, the owner was informed.
Holiday home in a great location from which one can go for an ideal walk to eg High Fens, Reinhardstein ... Beautiful garden for the children and a large parking lot. Friendly owner, everything went well. is located at the ski slopes of Ovifat. The rooms were comfortable and clean, well-equipped kitchen where you can cook for the whole gang. The described facilities such as billiards leave a bit to be desired. The deposit of 1250 is reasonably high, yet we paid 750 euros in fixed costs. The cleaning had to be paid separately. This could also be taken from the deposit. A few minor repairs should also be carried out. (eg cleaning gutters so that you do not always get a flurry of water when you step outside, shower door ....)
Smooth and efficient reception, clear explanation of the kitchen appliances. Very pleasant and cozy cottage, tastefully decorated. Nice garden for a summer residence. Varied walks in the vicinity, forest, water and open landscape. Beautiful views. In the village only a bakery on Sunday, for other shops half an hour away.
Well located house, between the green! Enough rooms with private bathroom. Well equipped keuken.Is good for a WE with friends and / or family. Spacious parking.
Owner could not come at our arrival, has explained by telephone how we could get inside. Later, he was on the spot, gave very clear explanations about everything and indicated to be always accessible in case of problems (which have not been there at all) Top location for large groups, many bedrooms with each private toilet and shower, everything clean and tidy. Nice big relaxation room.
