We enjoyed our time together in this lovely place. The outdoor area with BBQ was really nice for evening meals.

cozy house and wonderfully quiet. heated pool is really heated very friendly owners great reception

Beautiful house, spacious, well-maintained, well-organized, nice garden, quietly located, and with a lovely pool. We spent a midweek here with great pleasure with our 3 children. A sauna would be the icing on the cake, especially for the colder days.

Spacious and spotless house, received thorough instructions upon arrival, beds were made and nice towels provided. The added value is the large veranda with a wood stove, beautiful open kitchen, and large dining area. Just a 3 km walk from the center of La Roche and right in the woods, the house is highly recommended!

Everything was spotless. The owners were very easy to reach, which is important for a small question or if something was wrong. It is very child-friendly. The kitchen is beautiful. There are enough spaces in the house, so that children can sleep and the elderly can still talk downstairs. Very nice kitchen.

Large, beautiful and very cozy house. The stove is an absolute added value in winter.

Very nice spacious house with many facilities and a swimming pool with a spacious garden

Great house for a family weekend, we enjoyed the stay, house is fully equipped. Well worth staying here .

Cozy house and equipped with all comforts.

Our stay at the plush villa in La Roche-en-Ardenne was simply delightful! The location is perfect for nature enthusiasts, with the Ourthe River just a short walk away for fishing, The swimming pool was a highlight—refreshing and well-maintained, we loved lounging by it after a day of hiking, The owner was incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home, The kitchen was fully equipped, and we enjoyed grilling on the patio while soaking up the beautiful surroundings, Overall, a fantastic getaway for families, and we can't wait to return!

Spacious and clean! Totally felt at home, Morning coffee by the pool hits different, Great for hikes, but low-key just vibing in the garden was the best part, Def coming back!

Beautiful and comfortable house

It was another super weekend. Aple of conveniences provided in this beautiful home. Wake up every morning in a heated pool. Three bathrooms so that everyone can take a quick shower. Enough space for group activities in the house or in the garden. BBQ also works! Simply great!

Great house. Clean and everything is there!

Pleasant contact with the owners. Nicely maintained house. Well rested. Recommended

Beautiful spacious house with all kinds of amenities. Garden is large and fully equipped. Located on a quiet street in an area with farms.

We had such a nice time at the villa! Super welcoming owner, and the place was just so comfortable, The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking up meals, The location is great too, with nature all around and a nice little fishing spot nearby, The pool was a highlight, especially after long hikes, Only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Spotless. Fantastic place. Atmospheric.

A great cordial contact in advance, super reception in a spotless house. We were 9 adults and 3 children. Enough space. The weather was good so the pool was open. Enjoyed swimming in the heated pool for three days. Such a luxury! Everything is neatly finished. Crockery and pans are available in abundance so that you don't miss out. In the kitchen you can find everything you can think of. Several nice spaces to retreat to. 2 television rooms, spacious dining room, reading conservatory and lovely large living kitchen. Bathrooms are all new and clean. Really highly recommended!

Beautiful, spacious house with fantastic pool and very large garden. Everything is provided for a stay with 11 people.

We were received very friendly. Our stay in the house was fantastic, all the trimmings. A very nice big and maintained house. A place where we will definitely go again. It was GREAT .

The photos of the house appear very professional when booking and set high expectations. But this can absolutely be fulfilled! After a friendly welcome from the owner with a complete tour of the house and instruction, it can only be said that everything in this house is perfectly thought out and available. We would absolutely live in this house again. In addition, the area offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor sports (kayaking, hiking, mountain biking, racing biking, climbing, etc.) embedded in a beautiful landscape. Thanks for the accommodation and see you next time;)

Very nice and big house with nice pool and very helpful owners, top place. Mvg Wim and Suzy

Beautiful, practical, and luxurious

the use of sheets, towels and when paying for gas, water, electricity, should also be indicated as a finder, otherwise beautiful and pleasant site

Great cottage, very well located and maintained

We had a great stay in this beautiful villa, Ideally located, we were able to enjoy beautiful walks, Our host was super attentive and attentive, We will come back and recommend this beautiful experience to our knowledge!

We returned satisfied after our stay two months ago, Then we had beautiful autumn weather, now winter fun in the snow, A half hour walk and you are on a beautiful plateau - we had a thick layer of snow - far from the tourist crowds, Afterwards we could warm ourselves at the tiled stove, For the holidays the whole house was decorated, there were lights and a beautiful Christmas tree,

Well-equipped, spacious house with large garden. Near the forest, starting point for beautiful walks. The soapstone stove in the veranda provides ultra-cozy autumn moments. La Roche is close by by car.

The accommodation was super great. Everything is great from the location to the equipment. We didn't miss anything. The garden is huge and the surroundings are very quiet. The perfect place to enjoy the tranquility.

Fantastic holiday home with super fun and large heated swimming pool. Rest for those who like it with separate lounge, small TV room, Large lounge with TV room (both with Netflix), large terrace with parasol, fruit trees in the garden (including apples, pears, plums, ...) , petanque court ... too much to mention. Take the friendly owners and this is a real Must !!!

Place is a whole vibe, Loved the open kitchen and the sun loungers, Perfect for chill hangouts, Also, super close to nature, which is a major plus, Highly recommend for a fam getaway
