Description
This holiday house lies in the middle of the hills of the Valdarno Arentino at 600 metres altitude and offers her habitants a breath taking view at the Tuscan valleys. Villa Clemacine is situated on the estate of an Agriturismo which had been entirely restored in its original state while preserving the authentic elements and is surrounded by vineyards, olive and fruit orchards. The villa is modern furnished and meets all demands for a luxurious comfort. The Agriturismo lies on an estate of approx. 40 ha. of forest, which is part of a nature reserve which shelters hares, squirrels, pheasants and other animal species you might encounter during your walks. You have a communal outdoor swimming pool at your disposal which offers a breath taking view at Pieve di Gropina. A recommendation for the romantic people among us who love to experience a sun set from the swimming pool! Besides the complex is an old little church which was used as a meeting point for the regional farmers in the old days. The Agriturismo also cultivates white- and red wine Chianti and olive oil. Due to the favourable location, well known cities such as Florence, Arezzo and Siena are ease to reach.

What a location! This magnificent estate with stunning views of Val d 'Arno offers everything for peace and nature lovers. It is very quiet, surrounded by beautiful roses, hydrangea' s flower beds and orchard. But the pool, the seats, everything is meticulously maintained. The family does everything to make their guests feel at home. The only downside we found the interior of the house, this is quite sober. Especially we have missed an oven. But this was offset by the good beds, privacy by the location of the house and cordiality. Also greatly enjoyed the cooking class!

We visited this agriturismo in the autumn of 2013. It is beautiful and the gardens around the house are very well cared for. Both Florence and Siena are easily accessible from here. Only minuses are that you can not eat at this agriturismo and very many flies / mosquito (especially the pool) were when we were there.
It was a wonderful holiday. Beautiful surroundings and a cozy vakantiehuis.Prima reception, very attend that a homemade cake and wine ready stond.Wij have a lot experience peace. Nice towns in the area and seen many beautiful things like cathedrals and other attractions. Sienna and San Gimigiano are aanraders.Onder to the mountain where the farmhouse was located, we found a nice restaurant with local cuisine and good wine.
We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage and the privacy were fine and the location and the view from the house super!
The beautiful house with a Tuscan atmosphere, perfect location as a base to explore Tuscany, mouth-watering flavors of wine, olive oil and pizza, friendly owners - all of that made our vacation perfect. We want to come back!! We recommend the Celmacine and wisteria house for everyone who appreciate the serenity and privacy.
