It was an excellent stay, within walking distance to important places in Paris,
The room is brand new, extremely clean and well decorated, The biggest advantage is its great location, just 50 meters from a busy shopping street and a 2-minute walk from a metro, The host is very responsive, the bedding is comfortable and the amenities are comparable to those of a hotel - kettle, fridge, bathroom products, plates, glasses and cutlery, However, there are some drawbacks such as the check-in procedure is very complicated, requiring a 10-minute walk to a dilapidated hotel, which was not mentioned in the ad, The wifi was not activated, the TV was not set up, the hairdryer was missing and the hot water was limited, Overall, the space is a bit tight, but suitable for a normal-sized person, Following my complaints, the host showed good faith by partially refunding me,
