Wir kamen spät abends an und alles war für uns vorbereitet. Die gemütlichen Schlafzimmer und der ruhige private Innenhof waren perfekte Orte zum Entspannen bei den Fahrradpausen.

Die Betten waren bequem und das Einchecken verlief zügig. Das freundliche Personal erleichterte uns die Ankunft nach langer Fahrt.

Beautiful accommodation with a very friendly owner. We were there with 10 family members and 2 dogs. There is something for everyone in and around the house. Good base to explore the area and go for walks. Especially the playroom with the pool table and the darts game was a success. Spacious rooms and a nice open dining area. Highly recommended and we would definitely go back.

A very nice, large house to stay with a large group. The friendly owner is flexible and easily accessible. There are many rooms, sofas, a large garden and everything looks nice and clean. We enjoyed a nice week! The pool table was also a great success. The house is centrally located between various attractions and many of them can be reached between 15-30 minutes. Beautifully located! Also close to Malmedy where there are more than enough shops and restaurants.

We were received very kindly by the owner and matters were quickly arranged. What a fantastic house. We were there with 10 people and had a lot of fun. The house was more than large enough for the group. You had enough privacy. There were 5 beautiful large bedrooms. 3 with bath and 2 with shower. Nice sauna and pool table. The kitchen was well equipped and lacked nothing. The house was beautifully clean and there was a nice large, fully enclosed garden for the 2 dogs we had with us. This is definitely recommended for families who want to spend a nice holiday together. We will definitely come back.

Great house in beautiful Malmedy. We stayed there in October 2023 with 10 people. Both the house and the garden were in perfect order. Very cozy, everything you need is available and lots of space. Each bedroom also has its own bath or shower and 2 bedrooms are equipped with their own toilet. Further in the house you will find 4 extra toilets, so certainly enough. Sauna was available but we did not use it due to the good weather. Terrace with garden furniture and sunbeds, all in good order. Living space with enough seats and options to move so that you can sit comfortably in a group and everyone has room. In short, we had a great stay. Definitely recommended. Communication with the friendly owner also went very smoothly.

This house is beautifully situated in the Ardennes. You can quickly get to the place (Malmedy) for shopping. You can also reach the racetrack in about 30 minutes on foot. In this beautifully renovated house you can relax and really switch off. You have a beautiful garden, a great grill and lots of retreats if you want to be alone. I can only recommend this house.

Very friendly welcome, good communication in advance, owner is very cordial and helpful and gives a clear explanation on arrival. The house is fine, very spacious and clean. Despite the large open space, it is still nice and warm. There is plenty to see / do in the area (we visited Monde Sauvage and Plopsa Coo, but also Malmedy, Stavelot and Sankt Vith are worth a visit). Despite the rainy weather, we had a wonderful stay. PS: The homemade limoncello is DELICIOUS! Highly recommended to visit with several families, since you have enough privacy (each bedroom has its own bathroom and sufficient toilets).

We had a fantastic stay. What a beautifully maintained holiday home with lots of space. The various relaxation options are also an added value, as is the sauna. We will definitely come back!

A great house! Luxurious furniture and a rich inventory. We enjoyed the sauna, pool table and dart board. The dog was very happy with the (almost) completely enclosed garden. There was still a passage open but we put the car in front of it. We would like to come back next year, but those dates are already fully booked. Unfortunately for us but very understandable!!

The house is extremely pleasant. We were here for a week with two families, a total of 10 people. Beautiful bedrooms, beautiful loft and fine light in the kitchen diner through large windows. Of course pool billiards with teenagers was a success :) The village itself is nothing, but by car there are several places very worthwhile. Nice area. Host was very relaxed, friendly and correct. As soon as we arrive, we discover a charming cottage where life is good. Both the exterior and the interior are well maintained, clean and very spacious. showers work and hot water arrives immediately. The toilets are sufficient. The sink lights should be brighter. The owner is very welcoming. Come back there because there are so many beautiful things to discover in the region.

Great location! Close to Malmedy but still quiet and peaceful, The bedrooms were comfortable and had everything we needed, Plus, having a playroom for the kids was a lifesaver, A few minor issues with WiFi, but overall, it was a fantastic stay!

Had a very pleasant stay at this home in Burnenville. A tip for larger groups. There is more than enough cutlery and crockery and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Also more than enough seating (both inside and outside). Nice environment with the possibility of a lot of variety of activities. We had a great stay in Burnenville. The house was fantastic. Everything was there. Very spacious and nicely decorated. Highly recommended! The host was also very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for walks in the beautiful forests. There were also plenty of food shops in the town of Malmedy, as well as several bakeries. Unfortunately, the Francochamps circuit was not accessible due to Corona. Everything else great!

Very nice house, well furnished. Lots of light and every comfort available. Enough equipment for cooking, even two gourmet sets :-). Lots of space for the big kids with a cozy billiards corner. A sweet welcome by the owner. But what we especially appreciated was the ability to determine the departure time. Perhaps this was only possible because the following guests arrived on Monday. But still special! Got an extra day on Sunday.

We were received in French by the owner and her son. Very friendly and cordial people. It was already pleasantly warm in the house. The beds were covered (extra charge of € 12 per person to be paid in cash), but you don't have to worry about anything. The owner called us in advance because I requested information about the area via email. He already announced that he could not be present at our arrival because he had to work. Other questions via whatsapp or e-mail were answered fairly quickly and correctly.

The house was incredibly beautiful and equipped with all conveniences. It is close to the supermarket and for those who would like to do something good there is plenty to do and discover. We would like to come back here again and with pleasure. Reception was good too. The owner was already waiting even though I was half an hour earlier than the agreed time.

On the way to our destination we already received a text from the owner asking what time we would arrive. We were half an hour earlier than planned. The accommodation was perfect. We were 6 adults, 4 children and 1 baby. Enough space and especially nice that each bedroom has a bath and / or shower. We enjoyed the pool billiard. The sauna was also nice. Lots of space around the accommodation. At a short distance there is plenty to do in the area. We had a great time walking in the wooded area, visiting the war museum, the various nice places and the waterfalls of Coo.

We had agreed to leave with the owner before 4 pm, it was no problem for the owner to arrive earlier after a phone call. Despite the bad weather we had a lot of fun. Everything is there to have a very pleasant holiday despite the bad weather. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Cot and high chair were also ready. All rooms have a bath or shower and television. House was very spacious, ground floor larger than it appears on the photos on the website. The playroom with billiards, darts and cupboard with children's toys is great, many made use of. Sauna and solarium available but not enough time to use it Malmedy is a lovely little town 8 minutes away by car from the accommodation.We had a wonderful weekend with the family, 6 adults and 2 children.

On our departure on Sunday morning (parliamentary elections, so left (too) early) the owner was on the spot again at the agreed time. There were no comments, neither from us nor from him.

We were greeted by Jacques on arrival who showed us around his beautiful cottage. There was plenty of space for us all inside and games to keep us entertained in the evenings. There was easy access to the Spa Circuit and wonderful surrounding area which was ideal for our stay.

10 friends ardenne our annual weekend in this beautiful, spacious home. It was a very nice weekend. The house is well equipped, the new kitchen is equipped with everything. Friendly and pleasant owner.

Well received by the owners and we were already in there. House is great, modern and well equipped. Nice big living / game room and relaxing sauna and solarium. We enjoyed and laughed with 5 couples, each with our own bedroom and wash facilities. It had snowed a lot so it was for us a mini ski weekend. And drive you to the shops so in Malmedy. Kitchen is now grown larger and designed by the owner and had a public. In other words, the housing is even better than that it is there at all. Toppie! We will definitely come again! Thanks!

Quality / price definitely ok! The cottage is quietly situated in beautiful surroundings. The house is practical for small children. The play areas here and there have been very favorably. We were welcomed very friendly. The owners are very accurate and are willing to make our stay as nice as possible. Everything is taken care of to the last detail and has thought a lot to make it as comfortable as possible.

We have spent a week in the Ardennes. The weather was not always brilliant but our accommodation was all right. Lots of space in and around the house. All facilities where we have made great use of. Sauna and solarium, the pool table and the covered bbq place ... it was great! The owner and his wife were very friendly. In the area there are plenty to do active things. Overall, we had a great week!

We have 10 adults stayed in the house. No lack of space. We also used the infrastructure, the only minus is the relatively small kitchen but with a little organization succeed.

We had a great weekend in this house, a super welcome from the owners, very friendly and lovely people. The house itself is just beautiful, well located (all in close proximity) and everything you need is available in this house. The only downside that we found (a group with four children aged between 0 and 4 years old) was a safety gate at the top of the stair landing.

We stayed with 5 couples for a weekend at the newly renovated apartment and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house offers plenty of space for this extraordinary and stylish living room, spacious dining room, mezzanine sleeping on the floor, recreation room with pool table and two play areas, a good wellness department, etc. All this quality and pleasant finish.
