The house is situated near the Krkonossky Narodni nature park, making it an ideal base for outdoor activities such as long walks, mountain biking, nature tours, or golf. It's also just 70 meters from the entrance of the 'Sport Areal Bret' amusement park, perfect for families with children.
For more adventure, a day trip to Prague by train or exploring the nearby Giant Mountains and historic villages is an excellent choice. Families can also enjoy a day at Aquapark Trutnov or the famous water park at Spa Janské Lázne, located only 15 kilometers away. In winter, the house is conveniently located near the lifts of the 'Ski Bret' and 'Ski Areal Arakis' ski areas, and less than 20 km from the largest ski area in the Czech Republic, Ski Resort Cerna Hora - Janske Lazne.
