Peaceful villa with private pool
Description
This holiday home is beautifully located in the woods and has wide views over the green hills and the village of Courry. A somewhat steep driveway leads to the large private grounds. Ideal for holidays with family or friends.
The residence is 1.5 km from Courry, which is located between larger towns such as Alès and Aubenas and 7 km from medieval St Ambroix. In the south-west of Cévennes, you can make beautiful trips along the Corniche des Cévennes. To the northeast, you will find the Ardèche with its famous Gorges-de-l'Ardèche (35 km), where you can swim, canoe, hike and ride horses. A visit to the cave 'La Cocalière' is also worthwhile. Together with a guide, you take an underground walk past crystal reefs, pearls and through a prehistoric corridor before returning by train.
You have a spacious, sloping garden with lots of greenery at your disposal. From the large balcony you have a beautiful view and you even have a swimming pool at your disposal (heated on request, 30 euros per week). Relax in the sun on the terrace and light the barbecue for a cosy summer evening.
The first 150 kWh per week is included in the price. Other electricity consumption is subject to a surcharge of 0.25 euro cents per kWh.

What a nice villa with a fantastic view! The welcome by Amandine was very pleasant with a nice explanation about the sights and possible activities in the area. The house was very clean and well equipped. Only downside for us is that there was no air conditioning. The pool was fantastic! Again very clean, nice tiles, very well maintained! The road to the house is indeed a challenge with larger cars but certainly doable with some practice ;). The region itself is beautiful. We will definitely come back here!

A very pleasant stay in this beautiful villa for 8 people with heated swimming pool, a very comfortable and well decorated house where nothing is missing! very interesting advice when you arrive on site An extraordinary view from the terrace on the Ardèche plateau, peaceful relaxation guaranteed. Very nice hosts.
Had a super nice holiday here, had a very pleasant reception and tour of the owner, who also spoke English, The house was pico bello in order. And the driveway to the villa is a pleasant surprise!
