Dear holiday guests, We warmly welcome you to our 3-room holiday flat with a homely feel. The 90 square metre flat is lovingly furnished with traditional Swiss stone pine furniture and has a large sun terrace. Our 2 bedrooms offer enough space for up to 5 people. 2 additional guests can sleep on our high-quality sofa bed (with slatted frame) in the living room. The flat is therefore perfect for a family holiday or a break with friends. The domicile is located in a quiet residential area, so relaxation starts right outside the front door. Relax on the large terrace, which spoils you with a breathtaking panoramic view. Enjoy your excursions and leisure activities in the ENGADIN. We provide you with Nordic walking poles free of charge. So you can get to know the incredibly beautiful nature. With the free WLAN access (download 100 Mbit/s, upload 50 Mbit/s) you are always up to date and online. Your car is safely parked in the underground car park. This connects to the neighbouring house (where we rent out another 3-room flat for 4-6 people). Only licensed parking spaces are available in the vicinity of the house. We offer a second covered car park on request. The bus stop and RHB stop "Surovas" are not far away. You can shop and dine in the small town of Pontresina, 800 metres away. Just a few kilometres away is the ski area (season from Nov. - May) with fantastic pistes and fabulous snow conditions. On 580 kilometres of hiking trails across all mountains or by mountain bike on 400 kilometres of enjoyable trails: the Upper Engadine offers a first-class network of hiking trails and mountain bike trails in the midst of the pristine mountain world and the inspiring Upper Engadine lake district. The three flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadin are also popular with sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The expanse of the inspiring high valley can be experienced in a particularly impressive way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And in addition to the wide range of sporting activities on offer, there are also first-class cultural attractions such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages. In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl. Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run. Welcome to the Engadin.
