In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. 6 km long bumpy motor access to the house (mountain road). Parking, in winter 6 km. Supermarket 11 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop "Skibus ab Talstation Fageralm" 30 m, outdoor swimming pool 12 km, thermal baths "Therme Amade Altenmarkt" 16 km.
