Forstau: Cosy, comfortable chalet "Zeffereralm", 1'700 m a.s.l., renovated in 2025, surrounded by meadows and fields. 11 km from the centre of Forstau, 12.5 km from the centre of Radstadt, 22 km from the centre of Schladming, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position, directly by the skiing area, in the countryside. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. 6 km long bumpy motor access (mountain road). 400 m footpath to the house. Parking at 6 km. Grocery 11 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop "Skibus ab Talstation Fageralm" 30 m, outdoor swimming pool 12 km, thermal baths "Therme Amade Altenmarkt" 16 km. Golf course (27 hole) 13 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 1 m, slopes 10 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Forstau Fageralm, Reiteralm (ab Talstation Fageralm) 5 km.
