The nature is impressive and there is plenty to do in the area for young and old. Technology enthusiasts can visit the Telephone Museum and if you like history, the Belginum Archeology Park is interesting. Morbach is an ideal base for hiking, cycling and motorcycle tours. We also recommend a visit to the Celtic settlement of Altburg, the Rauschenburg, the Wildburg and the Wildenburg. The castles Simmern, Schöneck and Gemünden are also worth a visit!

Fine holiday together with our two dogs.
Midweek in Morbach, really fantastic. We really love nature and hiking. For that you'll really quite enjoy yourself, directly from the cottage. Lovely. And still there, unprecedented. Four days of walking and come across anyone. That's really unwind. In November, the village has very little to do. Not a nice little restaurant in the wider area also no fun pubs for a stopover, but for us that was precisely the charm.

Spacious apartment on the 2nd floor (2 flights of stairs so) with all the trimmings. Centrally located for trips to Trier, Bernkastel-Kues, Idar Oberstein etc. etc. Beautiful walking area in the immediate vicinity. Garden and terrace somewhat overdue maintenance, but the total in terms of value for money, definitely a winner. Owner very very helpful, the best man helped raise., Even with our suitcases
We had a wonderful holiday ..
