Open gallery with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Balcony 25 m2. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (2). Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Private entrance, smoke alarm. Access to the roof suite is trough the terrace of the Pelzerhaus (DE5591.150.3). An occupancy of 3 or 4 adults is not allowed. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, individual sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Mosel 80 m. The apartments are located near the famous winery Walter J. Oster with 10.5 hectares of vineyards (Bremmer Calmont (Europe’s steepest vineyard), Neefer Frauenberg, Ediger Elzhofberg). Visits and wine tasting (8-10 wines) are possible for a fee on request and by appointment.
