We had a group of eight that stayed together to celebrate a couple of 50th birthdays. The unit was perfect for this. It had a great area to hang out. And each bedroom was very spacious. It was very well located and we truly enjoyed our trip.

Apartment was clean, modern, comfortable, and well stocked. The location couldn’t have been better…a half block off the Champs Elysses!

Easy check-in process and solid sleep quality thanks to blackout shades in every room. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

While the location of the apartment and great and there are some newly remodeled features, the rooms are not as large as pictured online. Additionally, one of the bathrooms is a tub with a handheld only and no shower curtain or door, so no one can comfortably shower there. That was challenging since we had all of the rooms occupied and everyone having their own shower was part of what drew us to this space. Also, the towels are terrible! Paper thin and one set only per bathroom with not an extra towel in sight! Additionally no extra pillow shams at all! We were happy to have a washer and dryer but the dryer wasn’t working properly at times, which meant much longer dry times. And not having extra towels means having to do laundry more frequently. Not ideal for a vacation! And perhaps one of the things we liked least was the terrible smell coming from two of the bathroom faucets when the shower was on. It was awful and made the entire shower smell like poop! Not sure why that happened, perhaps since it’s a very old building, but yuck! Also, heads up that the condition of the building lobby is awful and quite run down and old. Leave a lot to be desired. The apartment has been remodeled but again, it needs a lot more attention to detail.

We appreciated how roomy the apartment was for two, with comfy furniture and lots of natural light. Each bedroom having its own bathroom kept things simple for us.

Beautiful accommodations, management was very helpful. Highly recommend this property.

For what you get on Champs-Élysées, this place offers solid space with four bathrooms plus an extra toilet which is rare around here.

This rental is excellent for families or large groups, Each of the four spacious bedrooms comes with an en-suite bathroom, a high-end luxury in Paris, Although there is ongoing construction in the building leading to a less maintained vestibule and ground floor lobby, the apartment itself is adorned with quality and high-end furniture and finishes, Its location is superb and within walking distance to the Avenue des Champs-Élysées, Conveniently, a Franprix grocery store is situated right opposite the property, perfect for shopping and grabbing breakfast items like croissants, pastries, and more, On the whole, we had a pleasant stay and would consider coming back for future Paris trips,

This apartment was absolutely breathtaking, Our party of 5, which consisted of 3 adults and 2 children, adored it - it was exquisitely decorated and the finishes were top-tier, It was a challenge to locate a Parisian apartment with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, but this one exceeded our expectations, Each bedroom and bathroom had its own distinctive touch and the shared living areas were just as beautiful, It was as though we stepped right into a design magazine, The apartment's location was very convenient - just a block away from Champs-Elysee and within walking distance to high-end stores, fantastic eateries, Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, Grand Palais, and even a nearby metro station, It felt like we had the best of Paris right outside our door, The host was also wonderful, extremely responsive and accommodating, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon, One thing to note: there was significant construction going on next door during the weekdays, so light sleepers might need earplugs, However, we liked starting our day early so it actually helped us adjust to the time difference and maintain our schedule,
