The beach is a short walk away and it is ideal for a relaxing afternoon. Scherpenisse houses some places of interest that are worthwhile, such as the Cornflower Mill, the Reformed Dorpskerk and Kunstkamer Holland house. A visit to 'Escape The Classroom' also does not disappoint. Enjoy a delicious dinner at Brasserie de Zeester in Scherpenisse, or pull up a chair at one of the cosy restaurants in the centre of Tholen.
The property has a nice garden and a terrace where you can enjoy a snack and a drink at the late hours. Prepare your favorite dishes in the well-equipped kitchen or put on the barbecue for a pleasant summer evening.

We enjoyed a nice holiday in the newly new, spacious holiday home in the Wulpdal holiday park. The house was very clean and fully equipped.
The house is relatively clean - except for a lot of dust under the beds and sofas (obviously they haven't been vacuumed here that often). Equipment is enough 6-person house for 4 people in each of the bedrooms only 1 window can be opened. The coffee machine is a Nespresso - we bought capsules here. The MOST UNUSUAL thing, however, is that for 6 people and despite 2 bathrooms there is only ONE toilet in the house, which is also quite tiny. In bathrooms no shower partitions and no storage space. Nice - but a bit too spartan.
Cottage was modern, very comfortable. Certainly big enough for 1 week with 6 people. Too bad there was no canopy on the terrace. Both in warm weather and in rain that is an added value. We saw that it was the case with other cottages, so maybe add it? View from this cottage was great. Recommended if you want a week of rest.

The garden was a fantastic spot for our family to relax, and the short walk to Scherpenisse Beach made it easy to enjoy sunny afternoons by the water, The house itself was spacious and well-equipped, making meal prep a breeze, We especially appreciated the comfortable beds after a long day of exploring local attractions like the Cornflower Mill and Brasserie de Zeester for dinner, Highly recommend this place for families!
