Nestling in a magnificent green setting, our gîte "Le Pavillon" is sure to delight you whatever the season. Set in the grounds of an 18th-century château, the gîte - which is completely independent - comprises a ground floor and a first floor. You'll enjoy the peace and quiet of a garden planted with trees and overlooking a lake, as well as a private swimming pool. Depending on the season, you can pick cherries, plums, raspberries, etc. You can enjoy the fireplace (insert), fishing and beautiful walks. An ideal place to recharge your batteries, have fun or do nothing at all. We have a few bicycles and outdoor games (Molkki, badminton, darts, etc.) available free of charge. We'll be happy to advise you on places to visit, local producers, restaurants, etc. There's even a small private chapel for special events. Fancy a bit of sport? There's a riding school, golf course and tennis courts less than 10 km away. Just 35 minutes from Bergerac airport and 1h30 from Bordeaux, "Le Pavillon" offers you the tranquillity of the Lot-et-Garonne countryside and the warm welcome of the "Gens de Garonne". The 150 m2 house comprises a ground floor and a first floor. Ground floor: living/dining room with fireplace, flat-screen TV (international channels - Canalsat), DVD player, sound bar. The swimming pool is private (if it's very hot, I'll ask your permission to come and have a swim...). Opening of the swimming pool: from 03 May 2025 to 11 October 2025 You have : a car park room for your bikes or car roof box a number of bicycles at your disposal a swing in the park a lake (100 metres from the gite) If you wish, you can feed the 5 hens (and collect some fresh eggs). A welcome basket will be waiting for you on your arrival. If you come at Christmas, a Christmas tree will be decorated near the insert. If you come at Easter, chocolate eggs will be hidden in the garden A small chapel awaits you next to the "fairy wood". The village of Montignac de Lauzun is 1.5 km from the gîte. There is a grocery shop and a superb English pub (Old Lord Raglan). I will advise you on shopping, visits, walks and local produce.
