Luigi Visconti, in the early 1900s, took over a wine business and subsequently started his own production in the heart of the city. The privileged location, directly overlooking the lake and characterised by an extraordinary view, convinced him to build his home here. The ground floor was dedicated to cellars and wine production, while on the upper floors he realised his dream of living in an enchanting place and raising his family in a unique environment. A photograph of the original building from the 1930s is still visible in the gallery. The recent renovation, completed in 2021, respected the historical soul of the construction, preserving valuable architectural elements such as marble stairs, finely decorated wrought-iron railings, windows with coloured glass and frescoed ceilings in the attic by artists of the time. The apartments, all characterised by a spectacular view, are named after the wines produced by the Visconti family and represent a perfect balance between elegance, technology and comfort. Garda Chiaretto, the pink apartment, is a refined three-room flat ideal for couples with children or for a comfortable stay for up to four people. At the entrance, guests are welcomed by a spacious open-plan living area, bright and modern, furnished with a comfortable sofa bed and a window offering an unparalleled view.
