In the house: with TV, WiFi, hot tub, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Bumpy motor access to the grounds (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (30 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars). Grocery 15 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Bad St. Leonhard Moosweg (West)" 15.2 km, lake Längssee 35 km.
