Bumpy motor access to the house (1 km via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking at the house. Grocery 15 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Bad St. Leonhard Moosweg (West)" 15 km, lake Längssee 35 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, chair lift 600 m, slopes 300 m, ski rental 300 m, ski school 2 km, sled run 2 km. Nearby attractions: Sommerrodelbahn Klippitztörl 2 km, Klettergarten 2 km.
