It is ideal for a vacation for two, or even for a solo traveller looking to escape the stress of everyday life and recharge. The beach is just a 3-minute walk away. In the kitchen: a 4-burner electric stove with oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker with thermal carafe, French press coffee maker, hand mixer and juicer. A microwave oven and electric grill are available on request. The apartment can also be accessed through the garden, making it much easier to load and unload luggage and groceries. Your car can remain parked in the parking area belonging to the complex until your departure, as everything is within walking distance. The apartment is decorated in light colours and is always filled with natural light thanks to its large window frontage.

Terraced house, built in 1972, renovated in 2026. Traffic calmed area. Private: garden. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking on the premises. Bus stop "Hohwacht Strandstraße" 450 m, sandy beach 200 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
