Needed rest after long walks in town and found the place just right. The room-darkening shades ensured a restful sleep by blocking outside light. The staff were very helpful during our stay.

I stayed in this lovely 48 m² flat in Bonne-Nouvelle and was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it felt, The bay window let in so much natural light, making the living room a perfect spot to relax, The kitchen was well-equipped, and I loved having a coffee machine to start my mornings right!

Good location if you want bars and nightlife—but this is a party area, not suitable for families. It feels rough and unsafe, especially at night. The apartment is spacious, but that’s where the positives end. It wasn’t clean (dirty couch and pillows, dust under beds, carpet needs cleaning). The AC didn’t work, hot water is very limited, and water pressure is poor. It’s extremely loud—noise from the street and people above all night, so don’t expect to sleep well. The stairs were under construction and replaced with steep metal ones that felt unsafe and were very difficult with luggage. Overall, not worth the price and wouldn’t recommend—especially for families. Communication was very poor. The company didn’t contact us through the VRBO app at all. We landed in Paris with no check-in information and had to track down and call the property manager directly. Not a great way to start a trip very stressful and unprofessional

Be prepared to enter under a construction zone. They have steep makeshift stars to access the unit. No wifi instructions and got zero reply from host

The stairs to the apartment have broken and temporary flimsy stairs have been installed. It was a struggle to go up to the apartment with the suitcases. And the temporary metal stairs are fully exposed to rain, and when it was rainy, it was very vert slippery and I slipped down a few stairs and injured my back (luckily its not too serious and did not require medical intervention). But, this is totally unacceptable and a very unsafe place. Also: 1. When other building occupants climb up the stairs (in the middle of the night), there is loud thudding sound from the stairs shaking and its very very disturbing 2. There is construction going on in the building and there is loud drilling and hammering sound starting early in the morning and going in throughout the day. Would never recommend this place to anyone till the stairs are fixed and construction is complete. Very unsafe

Just a quick note to say that the flat was exactly as described, The heating worked well, and we appreciated having a hairdryer available, It’s a straightforward, no-fuss option in a vibrant neighborhood,

We were impressed by the modern feel of the apartment, The single sofa bed was comfortable for our extra guest, and the dishwasher made cleanup after meals a breeze, Definitely a place to consider for future visits!

Photos in listing didn’t represent property. Appeared to be a deluxe experience and instead found it full of stains to curtains and drapes, damaged and scuffed walls. A real disappointment for a very expensive stay. I already sent a complaint through VRBO website and am requesting compensation

It has three double beds located in different parts of the house (the rooms are closed with partitions), The location is incredible, very central (it must be said that the street itself is not the nicest, but for the price, the location is still remarkable),
